Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully, which contain the basis on which bookings are accepted by Mozaik Apartments. A SPECIFIC APARTMENT / FLOOR CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
PRICES AND TAX: Prices are in Sterling and Euro and are stated per apartment per night. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking prepayment is made. All prices include tax.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING: Bookings can be made online at www.mozaik-apartments.com or by calling +90 252 617 04 96. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required to secure the accommodation, and the remaining balance must be paid on the day of check-in.
SECURE PAYMENT OPTIONS: Different payment options are offered to ensure our guests can perform their booking and payment transactions securely and easily. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, and some debit cards are accepted) or alternatively by bank transfer.
Our payment methods:
• Bank transfer/EFT to our QNB Bankası accounts
• İyzico Secure Online Payment System
Available currencies through QNB Bankası are; Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), American Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP).
Bank transfer information and IBAN numbers will be shared by our authorized team after the booking confirmation. Online credit card payments can be made through the secure payment infrastructure of İyzico. You can contact us directly to get support regarding payment transactions.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time: after 14:00. Check-out time: before 12:00. In case of a late check-out after 12:00, assistance will be provided in return for a late check-out fee, subject to availability.
All Mozaik Apartments apartments are NON-SMOKING areas. Outdoor balcony areas are available in all apartments and ashtrays are provided for smoking.
Maximum apartment configurations for Mozaik Apartments are as follows:
• Hotel rooms = 2 adults + 1 infant
• 1 Bedroom Apartments = 2 adults + 2 youths (or 3 adults)
• 2 Bedroom Apartments = 4 adults + 2 youths (or 5 adults)
• Penthouse Suite = 2 adults + 1 youth
Selected apartments feature a King bed. In selected apartments, there is an option to convert this King bed into two single beds. If a single bed layout is requested, you must state your preference at the time of booking. Sofa beds are double size.
VISITORS: All visitors must leave the building by 20:00. After that, only registered guests can stay within the maximum room configurations.
IDENTITY: A valid ID must be presented to verify your identity upon check-in at Mozaik Apartment. A current driver's license, passport, or other photo ID will be requested prior to check-in. For all credit card uses, it is mandatory to present an official government ID containing a photo and valid on the arrival date. This ID may be copied and stored as a record that your identity and authorization to use the credit card are verified against the increase in credit card crimes. In accordance with our privacy policy, personal information contained in the collected IDs will not be sold to third parties, will be stored securely, and will be carefully destroyed at the end of the period of use.
SERVICES OFFERED: All bed linens, bath and pool towels, and kitchen cloths are provided. In addition, complimentary toiletries for the guest bathroom and a welcome pack (tea, coffee, a bottle of water) are offered. Mozaik Apartments provides cleaning service once every 2 days.
CANCELLATIONS: These fees are determined based on how many days prior to your booked arrival date the cancellation notification reaches us. These fees are a certain percentage of the total cost of the booked accommodation.

DESCRIPTIONS, PHOTOGRAPHS and MAPS: Descriptions are based on information available at the time of publication and may vary at any time. Property photographs are representative; actual apartments stayed in may differ from those shown in terms of decoration and equipment.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend all our guests to take out travel insurance with appropriate coverage. Travel insurance can be issued by many travel agencies.
UNACCOMPANIED CHILD/REN: A child or children traveling / staying without the accompaniment of an adult over the age of 18 is considered an unaccompanied child by most airlines and hotels. Mozaik Apartments does not accept unaccompanied child bookings.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory; however, Mozaik strictly accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience occurring directly or indirectly due to events beyond its control. These events may include, but are not limited to; war, civil unrest, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disasters, acts of government or other authorized authorities, machinery or equipment failures, maintenance requirements, or industrial actions.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: In the event that Mozaik Apartments cannot provide the requested apartment accommodation, alternative accommodation will be arranged in another apartment within the same property. In extreme cases, guests will be placed in a nearby hotel of a similar standard (including transportation). If a guest does not immediately pay upon request any amount owed to Mozaik Apartments under the scope of booking and accommodation, Mozaik Apartments reserves the right to refuse the guest's entry to the property and to request them to leave the property. If a guest damages the property or negatively affects other guests / residents, Mozaik Apartments may request the relevant guest to leave the property, reserves the right not to refund any paid amounts, and demands the cost of the damage occurred. If a guest / resident exhibits unacceptable or aggressive behavior towards other guests / residents or Mozaik Apartments security personnel, or is suspected of engaging in illegal activities on the property, the relevant guest / resident will be invited to leave the property and notification will be made to the necessary authorities. All paid amounts are non-refundable. Mozaik Apartments accepts no responsibility for personal items lost, stolen, or accidentally left inside the property. Therefore, we recommend our guests to take out an appropriate travel insurance.
FORCE MAJEURE: Force majeure means that neither we nor the Supplier will pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your booking in any way due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include war, threat of war, terrorist activities and their consequences or threat, riot, acts of any government or other national or local authorities, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, sea and ice conditions.
LOWEST INTERNET PRICE GUARANTEE: Under the scope of the Lowest Internet Price Guarantee, a competitor website is defined as a website that does not belong to Mozaik Apartments. Only verified and fully prepaid sites that offer instant booking opportunities are valid. The same product and location must be publicly available, viewable, and instantly bookable on the third-party website at the time of verification. Lower prices found must be valid for the same serviced apartments, the same accommodation type, and the same dates. The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to unpublished prices. Unpublished prices include specially negotiated prices, prices involving prepaid voucher programs, and prices not available to the general public. Prices not available to the general public cover corporate discounted prices, group prices, long-term stay prices, meeting prices, and targeted prices specific to a certain group requiring membership in a club or another organization. The guarantee does not apply if the lower price results from currency exchange conversion, and both prices must include tax (VAT) for a fair comparison. We cannot offer the guarantee advantages if the cheaper price occurs as a result of a third-party seller selling Mozaik Apartments at a loss.
