One-bedroom terrace suite rooms are located on the second floor. The apartments have a total living area of 55 m², including the balcony and terrace. Access to the apartment is provided via a shared staircase at the rear of the building.
The apartments feature a bedroom with either a queen-size bed or two single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower. The living room has French windows opening onto the terrace–balcony. The living area includes a sofa bed, coffee table, and LCD TV.
The apartments include an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, two-ring electric hob, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware.
